I've provided that info but that doesn't do the trick. I'm lead to believe that Ctl + 4 or Ctl + Shift + F11 should unlock the footer. It includes Classic Menu for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook 2007. I have a co-worker with a document with a locked footer.
